I love to make cakes. it's one of my many hobbies. it's fun to create something out of nothing. this is a cake I made for a friend for her baby shower it took me a long time. I wont say how long because I did it five days after having surgery on my hand. Yes I know It was fun and I just took my time.I think my love of cake making is handed down at least two generations. I remember when I was little watching my Grandmother make beautiful wedding cakes the time she took and the detail was amazing. then there was my Dad he made me a smurff cake for my sixth birthday that was as tall as me. I also remember him making a heha cake for my mom's church harvest party one year and to top it off he also made my wedding cake it was beautiful. So I guess I really come by this talent naturally and I am both glad and blessed to have it. I will post some more pics of cakes I've done.

This last weekend we went for a little adventure. We went to the WarHawk measume in Napa, Idaho which is not far from where we live it was great we saw some old air planes, war parafanalia and much more it was fun and educational. even Bootsie had a great time.

some mardock family fun

this last week was full of fun we played hard and had a blast doing it.... first daddy came home sunday night from isiting Nanna and Gramps in portland so we had some wrestling and rufhousing. we also went to the park and had our friends over for a play date. we got to go to the car wash which when you are 5,3,and 1 that is a great fun thing to do we got to get a happy meal The boys gave Bootsie her first painting lesson I think she is a ntural Pacosso. Ha! Ha! I think she had more paint on the table and the chair then on the table you'll just have to take my word for that.then we made some silly snake hot dogs it was a fantastic week and to top it all off we get to go to Church. What a week so here are some pictures to show how much fun we are having. Oh ya did I forget to tell you Bootsie is potty training and starting to talk up a storm. she says please, Thank you, mamma, daddy micheal, buber, doggie,kittie, bankie, baba, drink, nanna, papa, yannie which is her big brother,babie, candie, me, mine, prities. most of which I am the only one who can make out oh ya she can say Amen. She is so fun and so busy we love her she fits right in God is so good.............
